Biography

Mark Razzante, DPM is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Foot & Ankle Surgery and Biomechanics. Dr. Razzante earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California, and is Board Qualified in Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. Following his surgical residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, Dr. Razzante spent two years as a full-time faculty member of the Podiatric Surgery Department at the California School of Podiatric Medicine. Here, he spent time in clinic both at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California and Kaiser Permanente in Antioch, California. In his second year as faculty, he was the recipient of the Samuel Merritt University Faculty of the Year Award.

Beyond his surgical residency training, Dr. Razzante has completed advanced training in the Ilizarov external fixation technique, ankle arthroscopy and obtained certification for total ankle replacement.

In addition, Dr. Razzante has a Master's Degree in Bioethics from Case Western Reserve University, and is a member of the Cleveland Lower Extremity Specialists in Cleveland, OH.
